MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Since its inception in 2006, Govt. College of Nursing, Alappuzha is striving to impart high quality education to our students at under graduate and post graduate level to prepare them to face the challenges of today’s changing health care scenario. Govt. College of Nursing, Alappuzha envisages to prepare a new genre of committed nursing professionals to provide comprehensive quality care to clients in different health care settings. We also aspire to create leaders, educators and researchers in the field of nursing, keeping in mind the rapid changes and advancements in the health care sector all over the world.

The constant effort to meet the vision of becoming the ‘centre of excellence’ has made teaching learning activities interesting to both students and faculty. We feel proud to mention that there is great demand for our graduates by the best health care institutions in India and abroad. The innovative and challenging learning environment of this college is proving its quality by producing rank holders in successive university examinations. This is due to the combined efforts of a dedicated team of faculty and students of this institution.
