BSc Nursing
Duration of the Course – 4 Yrs and One year Compulsory Nursing Service.
Current annual intake is 66 and 5 seats for Jammu Kashmir students under PMSS scheme.
Eligibility
- The minimum age for admission is 17 years.
- The minimum educational requirements is pass in :
- Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 year course), or Senior School.
- Certificate Examination (10+2), Pre-Degree Examination (10+2), or an equivalent with 12 years.
- Schooling from a recognized board or university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. (as per INC norms)
- Candidate should be medically fit.
Admission
Admission to the college is done by the LBS Centre for Science & Technology. The admission is based on the rank list prepared by the LBS Centre for Science & Technology as per the government norms. For details visit www.lbscentre.in

MSc Nursing
Duration of the Course – 2 Yrs
On completion of the course, there is one year bonded obligation to work as Junior Lecturer in any one of the Govt. Nursing Colleges in the state, based on need and orders issued by Medical Education department.

Eligibility
- The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
- The minimum educational requirements is the passing of regular degree course in Nursing- (B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing), with minimum of 55% aggregate marks, from an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- Minimum one year of experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing. One year compulsory nursing service/internship after successful completion of four year B.Sc. Nursing is considered as experience.
- Minimum one year of experience prior to or after regular Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Candidate should be medically fit.
Admission
Admission to M.Sc. Nursing course is done by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala. The admission is from the rank list prepared by the CEE based on the entrance examination as per the government norms. For details visit www.cee-kerala.org
PhD Nursing
College is approved as PhD center under Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur and candidates have enrolled as scholars from 2020.
